What I Offer

Below is a general guide on levels of service and potential costs. Each project is unique and specific estimates and costs will vary. View my Past Projects page for examples of my work.

  • Small, localized work such as regluing a loose joint, tightening a chair frame, minor hardware adjustments, or addressing isolated veneer lifts. Typically completed without full disassembly or refinishing, and intended to stabilize the piece rather than alter its appearance.

  • More involved work addressing underlying stability. Loose or failing joinery, racking cases, compromised drawer runners, or partial disassembly and rebuild. May include targeted veneer repair and finish blending, with the goal of returning the piece to sound, usable condition while preserving as much original material as possible.

  • Comprehensive, piece-by-piece work often involving full disassembly, extensive veneer repair or replacement, surface conservation or refinishing using traditional materials, and careful reassembly. These projects are evaluated individually and are typically reserved for high-quality or period pieces where the work is justified by the object.
